The AI Stack I Use to Run My Company (And Why It Works)

Jaideep Parashar on December 07, 2025

People often ask me a simple question: “What AI tools do you actually use to run your company?” And my answer usually surprises them. I don’t ...

Really solid breakdown of your AI stack. I like that you explained the “why” behind each tool instead of just listing them, it makes the post much more useful.

Curious to see how your workflow evolves as more specialized AI tools show up. Keep sharing your process! 🚀

I appreciate that you noticed the focus on why rather than just the tools themselves. Workflows evolve quickly as new, more specialised AI capabilities emerge, so treating the stack as a living system is essential. I’ll definitely keep sharing how the process adapts over time.

That makes a lot of sense.
Treating the stack as a living system is a solid way to think about long-term leverage. Looking forward to future updates.

This resonates hard. I've been using AI tools in isolation and wondering why I'm not seeing compounding results. The 'roles over tools' framework is eye-opening. Which layer gave you the biggest ROI when you first set it up?

I’m glad that framework resonated with you. Early on, the biggest ROI came from the workflow and intent layer, clearly defining roles and expected outcomes before involving any tools. Once that structure was in place, memory and automation layers naturally became more effective.

Strong piece. You moved the conversation away from “what tool do you use” and into “what role does intelligence play in your business,” which is where the real leverage is. The five-layer model is clean, easy to map to any company, and the Insight → System → Execution → Memory → Distribution → Feedback loop feels like something a serious operator would actually use. Clear, strategic, and written from experience, not hype.

Thank you for such a considered and generous reflection. I’m glad the shift from tools to the role of intelligence landed the way it was intended. The layered model is meant to be practical and adaptable, not theoretical, so it’s encouraging to hear that it maps well to real operating contexts.

AI doesn’t replace founders. It multiplies founders who build systems instead of chasing hacks. That’s what this stack does for me every single day.

Thank you for your interest, Viktor. Being a researcher in the field of AI, I work with a practical mix of large language models, automation frameworks, and custom integration layers. The focus is always less on a single tool and more on how different AI components work together.

If I may ask? How efficient is this, and also, I am thinking about the risk factors
