Hey everyone — I’m debating whether to use Azazie for my bridesmaid dresses and thought I’d see what real people think. I’ve read a lot online, but the reviews are VERY mixed, so here’s what I found + my concerns + where I lean — would love feedback if you’ve used them!
What I’ve Found / Read
Good Points:
Several bridesmaids / forum users say the quality is decent for the price.
“The quality is good for the price. My bridesmaids love their dresses from there.”
Reddit
The custom sizing seems to work well for many. For example:
“we really liked them, and we had them custom sized … they’re much better quality than I would have expected”
Reddit
Try-on program: many people highlight how useful it is to order dresses to try on first before finalizing.

Colour options are huge — good for matching exactly.

According to Trustpilot, many users are happy with the responsiveness, and some praise the wide array of styles + fabrics.

Concerns / Complaints:
Delivery / production time: since many dresses are made-to-order, shipping can be slow.

Sizing issues: Some people say custom sizes still didn’t fit well.

Color mismatch: A few reviews report that the dress color didn’t match what they saw on their screen or what they expected.

Customer Service: There are complaints about poor customer support — especially when things go wrong.

Returns / Alterations: If you do custom sizing, some reviews suggest it’s hard to return or exchange, which means alterations might be necessary.

My Thoughts & Plan
I really like the idea of using Azazie for its custom sizing + color variety.
But because there are risks (fit, shipping, support), I plan to:
Order fabric swatches first (they seem to let you do this) — to judge the real colour.
Use the try-on program: order a few dresses to test fit.
Place the final bridesmaid dress order well in advance, to allow for shipping + alterations.
Double-check all measurements very carefully before submitting a custom-size order.
Questions for anyone who’s actually used Azazie:
How accurate was the custom sizing for you / your bridesmaids?
Did you need to alter the dresses afterward? If yes — how much cost/time did that take?
How did customer service handle issues (if any)?
Did the colour swatches match the final dress fabric?
Bottom line: I think Azazie is potentially a very good choice for bridesmaid dresses on a budget, but it’s not risk-free. I lean toward using them — only if I play it smart with swatches, try-ons, and ordering early.
