What alternatives to GLP-1 weight loss medications should I consider if I’m not eligible for a program like MEDVi?

So I just found out I’m not eligible for programs like MEDVi, and honestly, it kinda took the wind out of my sails. I’ve been struggling with my weight for years, and I was really hoping GLP‑1 meds could be my game‑changer. Now I’m back to square one and feeling a bit lost. I know there have to be other options out there, but the internet is a rabbit hole and I’d rather hear from real people who’ve been through it. What alternatives worked for you? Supplements, lifestyle stuff, other meds — I’m open to anything at this point.

Bowling vs darts at Spinners UK – which activity offers the better group experience for a mixed-age crowd?

So I’m trying to wrangle together a night out at Spinners UK for a seriously mixed-age crew – think teens, parents, and even my slightly competitive nan. I’m torn between booking bowling or darts. Bowling feels more classic, but darts looks kinda cool with all the flashy boards and game modes.

Trouble is, I don’t wanna pick something half the group ends up bored with. Has anyone done either (or both) with a big mixed crowd? Which one actually keeps everyone laughing instead of staring at their phones? Any advice would be massively appreciated!
