Cybersecurity is strongest when knowledge is shared openly. Yet, many professionals still learn in silos developers learn separately from policymakers, students separately from industry leaders.
CSA XCON 2026 is built to change that.
Hosted by the CSA Uttarakhand Chapter, CSA XCON 2026 is an international cybersecurity conference returning to Uttarakhand after more than ten years. The event is structured to encourage learning, collaboration, and open discussion across all experience levels.

Designed for Learning and Participation
CSA XCON 2026 is intentionally designed as a four-day journey.
The first two days focus on hands-on training programs and hackathons that emphasize practical cybersecurity skills. Participants engage with real-world scenarios across offensive security, cloud and application security, IoT, and threat intelligence.
The final two days shift toward broader discussions, featuring keynote sessions and panels that explore cybersecurity from technical, organizational, and policy perspectives.
Why Community Matters in Cybersecurity
Cyber threats do not respect organizational or national boundaries. Defending against them requires shared understanding and collective effort.
CSA XCON 2026 reflects this principle by bringing together professionals, students, startups, researchers, and government representatives in the same space.
A Platform for Growth
By hosting CSA XCON 2026 in Dehradun, the event also highlights the importance of nurturing cybersecurity ecosystems in emerging regions.
This inclusive approach helps ensure that cybersecurity knowledge and opportunities are not limited to a few urban centers.
Closing Note
CSA XCON 2026 is not just about learning new techniques. It is about strengthening a community that is capable of responding to the cybersecurity challenges of tomorrow.
